标题[问题] I-751的盖指纹费

现在在帮我太太处理办I-751的文件. 看到有关盖指纹费的说明:
"If you are the U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident spouse, you do not
need to include a biometric services fee at the time this petition is
submitted."
想确定一下这是说我现在交件只要付I-751的$505费用,到时候通知盖指纹再付$85的费用
是吗? (我是公民)
