标题[问题] J1 waiver: no information regarding the status

请教各位：
我在
5/18 邮寄J1 waiver申请资料给U.S. Department of State Waiver Review Division
(P.O. Box 952137 St. Louis, MO 63195-2137).
5/23 银行帐户显示支票已经扣款
之後上网查询进度：
https://j1visawaiverstatus.state.gov/Default.asp
输入编号以後，系统持续显示
"currently, there is no information regarding the status of your case".
5/31 写信给
[email protected] 询问为何查不到资料
6/4 收到驻美办事处寄来的no objection statement副本
6/15 收到回信
We have checked our files and
there is no record of having received your application.
If you have submitted your package along with the fee to the U.S.
Bank in St. Louis, MO, your package will be forwarded to the
Waiver Review Division in Washington, DC
where it will be entered into the Waiver Review System.
At that time, you will be able to view the status of your case.
You should allow approximately one month from the time all documents
were submitted before checking your status online.
但是我到今天(6/29)上网查询，系统仍然显示
"currently, there is no information regarding the status of your case".
就我google前人的经验，大部分寄出资料後3-4周左右可以查到进度。
请问有人像我一样超过5-6周还是查不到资料吗？
不知道我支票的钱到哪边去了。我该重新申请或找律师吗？
不知道自己是不是做错了什麽，有点焦虑。
