标题[心得] EB2 时程分享

虽然还没拿到卡但是看到approval 的状态真的有种苦尽甘来的心情。
申请一开始有点波折因为职务改变所以送了两次perm。不过送件之後就算是很幸运的，比
预期中快多了。
Background： MS Finance & Accounting/ 3 yr experience
Position: Diabetes clinic project manager
Service center: TSC
2014/05- start perm process (different title)
2014/08- submit perm
2014/11- withdraw perm
2015/04- resubmit perm (updated position )
2015/11- perm certified
2015/11- I140/I485 filed cc and premium( with AP/ EAD)
2015/12- Biometric notice
2016/01- I140/AP/EAD approved
2016/03- I485 case approved ( email and online status)
虽然律师是公司请的，但ㄧ开始在选律师的时候也花了很多时间， 结果还是挑到一个两
光的 ， 最重要的大概就是要盯仔细律师做了什麽跟没做什麽，自己多花一点时间读文件
跟研究可以避免掉很多律师的白目错误。
从F1 一路到现在， 真的只有走过的人才懂其中的心情转折跟酸甜苦辣。祝福在等待的各
位一切顺利，很快就有好消息！
