There are now two charts on the Visa Bulletin – : one which tells you when you can file (Chart B) and one which tells you which : priority dates are being issued green cards (Chart A). 表A是审理排期，该日期超过PD你的I-485才会通过、才能拿到绿卡 表B是递件排期，该日期超过PD你才能递送I-485 : You are in the EB-3 Category, All Nationalities, with a priority date of : August 8, 2014, so at this time your case is eligible for filing, and : eligible to have the green card issued once USCIS has completed processing. : 但是依照最新的visa bulletin EB3 的日期是 01OCT15 这是表A的日期 表B的日期是01Jan16 : 那这个日期的意义是什麽? 为什麽律师会说Aug 2014 又说我已经可以递件? A>PD: I-485能通过 B>PD: 能递I-485 你的例子: 01Jan16 > 08Aug14，所以你能递件 01OCT15 > 08Aug14，所以你的485能被核准(官方审理时间约4个月起) : 这个递件指的是I-140 ? 不是，I-140和这个无关。 : 之前爬文，485要等140审过之後才会开始沈 未必，有可能预先审，但这不重要。预先审完也要等到A>PD及140通过後才能通过 : 所以同时递交I-140 和 I-485 或是等到140批准後再递交485有差别吗? 同时递交一定比较快，因为I-485是照着先来後到的顺序来审(前题是A>PD才能核准) 如果你本人或配偶有人是F/J身份，就不宜同时送，以免失败後身份出问题 因为要延长F/J身份不能够有移民意图 : 谢谢 -- 我的旅游部落格: http://chengyun-travel.blogspot.com --
