标题[问题] I485递交後配偶 F1 status

我们的情况：
我自己在F1-STEM OPT, NIW主申请人, I140在2015/12月底送出，打算在本月寄出
485/131/765申请
配偶目前为在学的F1, I20 有效期到 2017/12
请问各位版友：
若配偶也在本月寄出485/131/765申请，但AP会在140确定通过後再使用
假设不幸140失败，配偶i20应该仍能持续有效到 2017/12（期间将不会出境），是吗？
p.s. 配偶不打算申请opt
以上结论是根据我律师提供的资料：
"Filing the I-765 and I-131, getting approved and physically possessing the
EAD/AP card will not invalidate your underlying nonimmigrant visa status,
however, actually using the EAD and/or AP will."

1F：推 cassine: I-130/140不算移民企图展现，不会伤害 F-1的非移民身份 01/04 13:11
2F：→ cassine: 一旦送出I-485，就会伤害非移民身份，但要下次查验身份时 01/04 13:12
3F：→ cassine: 才会导致身份失效，因此送出I-485後万一没过关，就只能继 01/04 13:13
4F：→ cassine: 续待到这个非移民身份结束为止 01/04 13:13
