标题[问题] DV 260 填表疑问请教

我在5月时已经将DS260送出去了
但今天再检查一次时发现了几个错误.....
Provide information on your last five U.S. visits.
我只填了一个 必须要填满5个吗？
Do you have documentation to establish that you have received vaccinations in
accordance with U.S. law?
我是选yes 但现在想想 是哪些疫苗是美国法律规定要打的啊... ？
Are you a former exchange visitor (J) who has not yet fulfilled the two-year f
oreign residence requirement?
这个我是选yes. 但我是大学的J1- WORK AND TRAVEL 这个算吗？
还有一栏是
Have you attended any educational institutions at a secondary level or above?
我当时选了No 现在看来是必须要选择yes
那我现在该做的事 是不是要写email去KCC unlock 我的ds260?
