标题[问题] DV中签赴美,可否跟家人分开报到?

请问DV中签者是否可以跟家人"分开"赴美报到?
我是指中签者自己先过去一趟,之後飞回台湾,
然後在移民签证指定日期内再跟其它的受益人一起飞过去?
这样是否可行?
因为我查到以下
Entering the United States
When traveling to the United States, the primary (or principal) applicant
must enter before or at the same time as family members with visas.
