标题[心得] EB2 时程分享

终於也轮到我来分享绿卡拿到的心得
拿了H1B快一年的时候才决定跟老板说想办绿卡
一开始运气不太好遇到government shutdown、PERM audit
中间担心H1B到期前拿不到绿卡听律师的建议决定先renew H1
没想到7月中突然收到PERM certified的通知
律师告知应该是可以在10月前拿到，但因为他已经帮我做好H1
renew的文件了，虽然还没送件但还是收了我律师费......
总之现在绿卡到手，终於不必提心吊胆了!!

10/2/13 – submitted prevailing wage request – government shutdown
10/18/13 – prevailing wage filed

3/11/14 – PERM filed
8/27/14 – PERM audit
9/15/14 – submitted audit document
7/15/15 – PERM certified
7/31/15 - I-140 with PP/I-485/I-765/I-131 concurrent filed (NSC)
8/7/15 – I-140 approved
8/24/15 - Biometric appointment
9/11/15 – I-485 approved
9/18/15 – Green Card received
