我想请问关於J1 waiver的问题 因为我在国外这段时间有拿台湾奖学金也有拿美国的奖学金 在官方网页的问与答里有这一段，说是有拿美国政府补助大概都不会过。 这让我觉得很不解。212难道保障的不是外国（台湾）政府的权益吗？ 为什麽美国政府有付钱会让J1-waiver 被拒绝呢？ http://goo.gl/ZAuFG2 Why would a recommendation application be denied by the Waiver Review Division? For this reason, waiver recommendation applications from exchange visitors who received U.S. government funding are generally denied. 另一方面，因为拿了教育部的奖学金。但是我在签署合约时， 合约上的规定只有必须要回国毕业。并没有要留在台湾服务这一部份。 （因为我不是公费生而是交换生） 我上教育部的网站找了半天不知道要如何申请 No Objection Statement 。 请问申请过的前辈都是如何跟教育部申请的呢？ 谢谢大家！ --
