标题[问题] 申请公民住满三个月?

明年准备申请公民, 目前人在美已住一段时间,
但最近家里有事必须回台一阵子. 看到申请requirement 有
必须在申请前在该州住满三个月
想请问是否是在丢件前前三个月必须physically 住在美国境内,
又或是在三年内在要申请的州有住满三个月即可?
稍微叙述一下我的经历
05/17/13 拿到绿卡 (结婚关系所以三年拿公民)
so 理论上 05/17/ 16 满三年, 90天前可开始申请
所以 02/17/16 可寄件
从05/17/13 到目前为止都住在美国 所以已经住满超过180天
目前打算六月底要搬回台, 当然在丢件前每六个月都会回美一趟
这样的话, 我02/17/16 还可以丢件吗？
还是我11/17/15 - 02/17/16 还是必须住在美国？
