标题[问题] 依亲绿卡但 withdraw petition

我朋友的阿姨是美国公民，九年前帮朋友的妈妈办了依亲绿卡，目前还在等
但最近因为遗产发生争执，阿姨要胁说要 withdraw petition
想请问如果真的被 withdraw
之後我朋友成为公民想帮他妈妈办绿卡时，会因为有纪录而被刁难吗？
