标题[问题] 白皮书与公民申请

爬了文 /白皮书 没看到相关的讨论，
有请各位大大指点
白皮书Reentry permit 如果在两年之内回到美国，
最後364天可以算作 continuous residence requirement
而申请公民可以在90 days前递件，想请问以下情况何时可以递件？
Reentry Permit expired on May 1, 2011
Returned to US on April 15, 2011
Since then, no trip outside US is longer than 6 months.
According to "A Guide to Naturalziation"
The date when the applicant is eligible for natrulzation is April 16, 2015.
(April 15, 2011 + 4 years and 1 day)
When can I file N-400?
April 16, 2015 or Jan 16, 2015 (90 days before April 16, 2015)
found an example on a lawyer's website

the 90-day rule still applies to applicants with reentry permit.
But I consulted a lawyer,
he suggested the date should be April 16, 2015
