标题[问题] Consular processing to NVC 文件

请教一下问题，我要开始准备Consular processing了，
以下是NVC要我提供的文件，有很多我不确定要怎麽申请，
我人在台湾，所以要请教一下大家文件。
有关 Birth Certificates, Military Records
和 Police Certificates 比较有问题。
1.Photocopy of Valid Passport Biographic Data Page (护照内页）
2.Photographs （相片大头照）
3.Birth Certificates (应该是英文户口名簿）
4.Adoption Documentation
N/A
5.Marriage Certificates （英文版结婚证书）
6.Marriage Termination Documentation
N/A
7.Military Records （要如何申请）
If you served in the military forces of any country,
you must obtain a copy of your military record.
Note: Military records from certain countries are unavailable.
More specific information is available from the NVC,
the nearest U.S. immigrant visa processing post,
or online at Reciprocity by Country.
8.Police Certificates （要如何申请）
Each visa applicant aged 16 years or older must submit police certificates.
You must submit police certificates which:
Cover the entire period of the applicant’s residence in that area
Have been issued by the appropriate police authority
Include all arrests, the reason for the arrest(s),
and the disposition of each recorded case.
