标题[问题] 绿卡CSPA的问题

请问一下，我们家在2004年的四月申请了F3的绿卡，
我是1989年出生，(当时15岁)
2010的时候被Approved,
现在排程排到2003年的11月
2010-2004=6年
我现在25岁-6年=19
所以我是可以申请CSPA的，这样对吗？
另外再看的就是要申请的话是在
The alien must seek to acquire lawful permanent resident status
within one year of the visa availability by one of the following
methods:
filing Form I-485
submitting Form DS-230
the principal filing Form I-824 on the derivative’s behalf.
我看板上大家好像都是submit DS-230? 这三个有差吗？
然後是在"排到"之後一年内申请这样吗？
也就是我现在没有办法特别做什麽…一切等到排期到了之後才能有所行动。
这样子解释对吗？
