标题[问题] 如何催绿卡进度

大家好
我是EB2申请绿卡并在去年九月初跟我老婆一起送485，是TSC。我的绿卡拖了半年多在三月初才下来，可是我老婆的到现在还没消没息。律师有去关心这个案子，可是回复就很官方。
＂our system indicates that your case is currently under extended review and this has caused a delay in processing time. We do not require any actions from you at this time."
请问有什麽方法可以催绿卡进度吗?
