标题[问题] DS-160填表问题

我最近要填DS160来续办我的F1签证
但我妈妈之前帮我办过绿卡依亲(F2b)
我妈妈是大概2010/08申请的
当我在填写DS160时，只看到一栏问有关移民的
Have you ever sought to obtain or assist others to
obtain a visa, entry into the United States, or any
other United States immigration benefit by fraud
or willful misrepresentation or other unlawful
means?
请问这一栏，我是要填YES OR NO
