最近要办EB2想请教一下填wage range的问题
公司的律师的信中说我要用
15-1133.00 Software Developers, Systems Software: $112,486 year来办
然後在Confirmation of Job Duties文件中有一项写
That the wage range for this position is $_______ to $_______;
我经理的意思是让我填好让他签名就好了
但这个薪水比我目前的薪水高的有点多
我不知道该怎麽填
是一定要在薪资下限填$112,486吗?
我的薪水连Level 3都不到
请教一下我该怎麽弄?
我本身是有美国和台湾MS
工作经历也有两年以上
这样就一定要算Level 4罗?
