标题[心得] 绿卡帮配偶申请绿卡之准备文件

为了赶上八月的排期，
我们将在这个礼拜递出申请了；
虽然还不知道结果如何，
但在这个版上受益良多，
所以把我们准备文件cover letter放上来。
一方面可以给以後要申请的人当参考，
一方面也请前辈们可以帮忙review一下。
背景：
我：绿卡持有者(08/2015满五年)
老婆：目前是H1B持有者，
已经在美国待四年(两年F1，一年OPT，一年H1B)
登记结婚日期：08/04/2013
准备文件：
1. Payment
a. Payment of $420 for I-130
b. Payment of $1,070 for I-485
2. I-130, Petition for Alien Relative
a. Copy of the front and back of permanent resident card
b. Copy of marriage certificate
c. One passport-style photo of the petitioner and one photo of the relative
d. A Form G-325A for the petitioner and a Form G-325A for the relative
e. Statement of a joint back account
f. Copy of the lease of a common residence
3. I-131, Application for Travel Document
a. Copy of photo ID (passport’s biographical page)
b. Copy of H1B visa
c. Two passport-style photo
4. I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status
a. Copy of birth certificate
b. Copy of passport page with nonimmigrant visa (H1B)
c. Two passport-style photo
d. Medical examination (I-693)
e. A Form G-325A for the petitioner and a Form G-325A for the relative
f. Copy of the front and back of permanent resident card
g. Copy of Marriage certificate
h. I-864
5. I-765, Application for Employment Authorization
a. Copy of the front and back EAD (OPT) card
b. Two passport-style photo
6. I-864, Affidavit of Support
a. Copy of W – 2 form
b. Copy of Tax return
c. Copy of offer letter
d. Copy of the front and back of permanent resident card
还有付上 E-Notification G-1145。
