标题[问题] N400 填表关於Affiliations的问题？

准备递N400，填写时发现在Part 10 B Affiliations 8
a Have you ever been a member of or associated with any organization,
association, fund foundation, party, club, society, or similar group in
the United States or in any other place?
因为在作生医研究，曾加入几个美国的学会，例如American Society for Cell Biology或
Genetics Society of America等，这些需要填上去吗？
