标题[问题] Internship申请绿卡

小弟现在身分为OPT, 会在今年的12月底到期
因为有了一年的internship offer(职业为兽医)而且会在七月开始
所以就申请了H1-B, 希望可以在10月1号接下去使用.
但看到Oversea_Job版大家一直分享抽到签的文章,
又看着自己苦等H1-B的情况,
实在忍不住开始爬文, google看所有相关的绿卡消息.
小弟的问题是, 如果H1B申请都可以没有minimum wage限制
(我去的那个地区Level 1是67000/year左右, 当然我的internship没有这麽高)
那是不是申请绿卡(EB-2)也可以有同样的状况呢?
就是不用担心不到minimum wage不到就不能申请.
(会想申请绿卡是因为有兽医朋友半年就拿到EAD卡, 所以感觉还蛮适合我的状况的)

internship似乎是有一些例外, 因为我朋友也有因此拿到签证,
而且我律师也说一定可以办, 所以小弟我才有此一问...
Internship Exempt from Minimum Wage if:
1. The internship or training, even though it includes actual operation of the
facilities of the employer, is similar to training which would be given in an
educational environment;
2. The internship experience is for the benefit of the intern or trainee;
3. The intern does not displace regular employees, but works under close
supervision of existing staff;
4. The employer that provides the training derives no immediate advantage from
the activities of the intern; and on occasion its operations may actually be
impeded;
5. The intern is not necessarily entitled to a job at the conclusion of the
internship; and
6. The employer and the intern understand that the intern is not entitled to
wages for the time spent in the internship.
