某位网友想要低调的分享他的EB2经验，所以由我来代po

10/06/2011 Perm approved. PD: 7/15/2011
EB2申请所需证明文件:
1. 英文户籍誊本, 包含申请人的英文姓名,出生日期地点, 结婚日期地点,
还有父母英文姓名与出生日期. 因为资料从不同的户口调出来, 我使用两分户籍誊本
2. 服过兵役的人不需要退伍令. 只需在I-485後面加一页, 该页完整内容如下:
Part 3. Processing information.
If you answered "Yes" to any of the question in Part 3 on Page 3 of this form
, provide a detailed explanation below.
I joined the Army of Taiwan from MM/DD/YYYY to MM/DD/YYYY as a result of the
mandatory military service in the country. I was a teaching assistant and a
vehicle mechanic.

3. 一些杂七杂八的东西, 但是不需要回台湾就可以准备:
护照(旧护照如果有US Visa也需要), I-20, 相片....
4. 结婚善意证明Bonifide Marriage:
小孩出生证明, Join income tax return, 全家福照片, 共同持有财产..等等(任选三)
11/18/2011 EB2 Concurrent I-140 and I-485. Nebraska Service Center (NSC)
12/12/2011 I-140 Approved.
12/19/2011 Biometrics Appointment received. 地点预约在律师事务所那一州, 而非我居住的州, 律师告诉我去本州的USCIS service center, 不需预约,直接进去告诉他原因即可

01/18/2011 开始陆续有一堆USCIS的email notice, 关於I-131, I-765和I-485
01/23/2012 USCIS email notice说I-485: Card Production
01/27/2012 绿卡寄到律师事务所
心得:
1. AOS (I140+I485)送件时律师说很有可能会由TSC处理, 但是後来发现是NSC
2. EAD card production 和绿卡的card production只差两天, 寄到也只差两天
3. 最近这年EB1和EB2的量好像超少, 2月的Visa Bulletin说
"cut-off dates for EB-2 India and China advanced 1 full year
from the January Visa Bulletin, to January 1, 2010."
