标题[问题] 移民体检可以自己先做不等律师通知吗？

敝人公司请的律师是南湾的Fragomen,
今天要我开始填最後的Questionaire,并收集出生证明等文件
其中有一项是Vaccin Record 我在美国根本没有
感觉上应该是去找移民专业医生 做体检并打疫苗了，
可是律师又注明
Applicants should not complete the medical examination until the application
is ready to be filed and/or directed by Fragomen. However, applicants should
begin gathering proof of such (i.e. doctor's records, etc.) to provide to
the USCIS-approved physician at the time of the medical. Applicants should
coordinate with their appropriate Fragomen or HR representative as to when
the medical should be completed. Your completed medical examination form
plus addendum should remain in the sealed envelope
provided by the physician. The USCIS will not accept any opened envelopes.
那到底我该不该自己去体检（找里的Dr. Jackson Lin)？
还是单纯找他请他帮忙打疫苗?
因为某些理由我很急，希望绿卡早来一天算一天。
请网友们帮忙回答一下， 也或许我弄错了移民体检的意义。
