想问
1.如果DV抽签申请
邮寄地址填写"美国的地址"
会不会影响中签率?
2.夫妻不同"日期"填写申请,中签率会不会"同一天"上网申请,来的高一点?
我知道这些问题也许无解
不过真的想听听板友看法
