I thought she's the one who makes the final decision since she : talked to us and know our case better than anyone else. : She tried to comfort me by saying that 90 days is the worst senario, : it usually won't take that long. She said if it's not approved, we can : do "inforpass" something something I forgot... 听起来是她很乐意让你通过，但是法律规定name check没过就不能通过 所以只能等等等 : Now, I don't know if I should believe her and use AP to travel anyway. One 没有理由不照她建议的做 : lady I know told me that her friend went back to Taiwan before she got : the temporary green card and she was not allowed to return to the U.S. 没有完整的资讯，只能把这当做一个「谣言」 : It's been 2 years already and she's still waiting in Taiwan. Now her husband 这个人有AP吗? 我相信没有 如果有AP，唯一有可能回不了美国的原因是他违法居留太久(超过半年) 而被禁止入境美国3年或10年 有这种特殊情况的人士，要有自觉，办到绿卡前不可随意离境，否则就是多年禁止入境 : has to visit her every 6 months. It's so sad.. 会发生这种鸟事一定有其前因後果，不会发生在一般人身上 : I am sorry that I mumble so much. I am very frustrated when I hear so many : other couples get to know the results immediately.
