在技术移民中，有分simplified process跟regular process.
但我困惑的是为什.....
You must use the regular application process if:
you have arranged employment in Canada or
you have been lawfully admitted to Canada for a period of at least one year
and you are submitting your application to the Canadian visa office in
Buffalo or
反而不能用simplified process...
照理讲，我在当地念书或工作，不是更了解当地文化，更为我开移民大门吗?
怎麽反而该走起较耗时间的regular proces.s..
又，这是否就是新政策跟旧政策的差别改善处呢?
