标题Re: 请教一下DV上传的照片

申请人的照片一定要用6个月以内的照片
http://www.dvlottery.state.gov/photo.aspx
在申请DV2009官网上写的很清楚:
The image must be from a recent (within 6 months) photo of the applicant.
如果有相片不会缩的问题我可以义务帮忙,
千万不要为了照片格式的问题,
平白被剔除掉.
