76ers To Retire Allen Iverson's No. 3 In March
The Philadelphia 76ers will officially retire Allen Iverson’s number “3”
in a special halftime ceremony on Saturday, March 1, 2014 when the 76ers
host the Washington Wizards.
费城七六人将在明年三月一日对华盛顿巫师的比赛，正式退休Iverson的背号"3"。
Iverson led the 76ers to the 2001 NBA Finals.
Iverson曾带领七六人打进2001年的总冠军赛。
“Allen Iverson is, without question, one of the most iconic players to ever
wear the Sixers uniform,” said Philadelphia 76ers Chief Executive Officer
Scott O’Neil. “Allen left everything out on the court and no one could ever
question his heart – he was relentless, fearless and pound-for-pound, was
one of the greatest to ever play the game.”
