标题[问题] 想请问关於口语考试省略赘词的问题

想请问各位前辈关於考口语的时候省略赘词的问题。
因为是自己准备考试所以多大爬文，知道连音还有重读之类的等的加分指标，但有省略赘
词在爬文的时候都好像没有看到类似资讯
例如，
My assumption is "that" this is only the beginning ->My assumption is this is
only the beginning
My feeling is "that" it's no big deal. ->My feeling is it's no big
deal.
一般讲话的时候都会省略that，这样会更自然。
这些省略的赘词有需要在正式的考试中说吗？非常感谢各位前辈
