当时手忙脚乱，我写了科学研究不应该被政府或私人单位掌控，而是应该由科学界
自己管理......因为科学家需要对自己的研究成果负责，所以他们也有责任控制并发表
不知道会不会文不对题...好担心最後出来的成绩ˊˋ
