标题[问题] 雅思单科差0.5 写信给系主任

雅思 单科听力差0.5，分数 L5.5 R6.5 W7.5 S7 O6.5
学校规定:每科都要6 O:6.5
想说一方面准备考试，一方面厚着脸皮写信给系主任看看，
得到回应，但是系主任好像转发给admission团队的人回覆，请大家帮看一下:
With regards to your current conditional offer- unfortunately we could not
offer any flexibility with our minimum IELTS requirements. I understand that
the pre-sessional course is now full but perhaps you may be able to re-take
your IELTS score and improve your 5.5 Listening to a 6.0 in order to satisfy
the conditions of your offer. It seems that you have performed strongly in
the remaining 3 areas of the test.

全文看下来，这句是指说，如果听力达到6的话，他们会就会接受吗?
还是只是他们讲的比较细节一点(差0.5很容易进步这样?)，
一样要考到他们标准的overall吗?
请大家给给想法，感谢...
紧张的考生..很怕在开学前拿不到uncon，很怕下次考试，其他科会掉下去，
总觉得雅思运气也是很重要
