标题[问题] bad components subtype

各位大大好
由於我从laker 输出gds档
然後在cadence virtuoso stream in
结果在cadence 跑pos sim时
显示：bad components subtype
Layout 是NM_18_G2
而schematic 是 NM_18_MM
请问该如何解决
