Perotti, 22, who has established himself as Sevilla’s first choice on the left flank over the last two seasons, has been watched extensively by Spurs scouts. However, Perotti, who is destined to leave the Spanish club in the summer given the imminent arrival of Germany international Piotr Trochowski, has also attracted interest from Liverpool, Everton, Newcastle and Marseille.
