The friendlies come thick and fast after that with Norwich City, Leyton Orient, Borussia Dortmund and Celtic in the space of a week. Our big home friendly against Italian giants AS Roma follows on Sunday, August 10 and then it's the big kick-off in the Barclays Premier League at Middlesbrough on August 16. "We've done the running, we've got the fitness base and now we need the games," added JJ. "That is a completely different type of fitness. "Hercules will be a higher standard then it's straight back for Norwich, Orient then the tournament in Feyenoord.
