The lads were back on the run early Wednesday morning at our training camp in
Spain.
The squad left the hotel for the short walk to the nearby golf course at
8.15am local time, 7.15am UK, for a series of sprints.
The emphasis was again on power and strength with sprints up hills over
varying distances.

星期三一大早，前往西班牙移地训练的球队成员继续他们的加强。
他们当地时间早上8：15就前往旁边的高尔夫球场做冲刺跑的练习。
透过不同距离和坡度的冲刺，这项训练主要强调加强球员的爆发力和身体强度。
