"Maybe we lost concentration for a minute, but I think we reacted very well. We went for the game, we had the chances to get the equaliser and everybody was expecting us, I think, to score the second, but we didn't." Spurs announced earlier in the day that Croatia international Luka Modric had agreed a ￡15m move from Dinamo Zagreb. The midfielder, who came to the attention of many English football fans after his starring role in Croatia's victory over England in November, had been linked with moves to a host of top sides including Arsenal and Chelsea, and Poyet admits it is a boost that he chose to head to White Hart Lane. "That's good news," he said. "It's exciting. "He's going to be amazing to have around next year and so I look forward to working with him. "He's an all-round player.
