The former Sevilla boss moved to North London in October last year in place of the sacked Martin Jol as Tottenham failed to live up to pre-season expectations of competing for a fourth place Premier League finish. Ramos has steadied the Spurs ship in the six months since his arrival in England and steered the club to their first piece of silverware in nine years following a 2-1 extra-time victory over Chelsea in February's Carling Cup final. However, with 11th-placed Spurs still struggling in the league, Ramos is expected to revamp his inherited squad in the summer and the Spaniard admits he is already well aware of the strengths and weaknesses of the players at his disposal as he plans for manoeuvres in the transfer market. "After five or six months here I know the squad really well and what they are capable of," said Ramos.
