新闻来源 - Sky Sports Jol dig at wasteful Gunners Martin Jol told Arsenal they only had themselves to blame after missing a number of chances before Jermaine Jenas's goal secured a 2-2 draw for Tottenham at White Hart Lane. Following the North London derby, Gunners boss Arsene Wenger claimed that his side deserved to win by five clear goals after dominating the second half at the home of their rivals. Emmanuel Adebayor and Kolo Toure both scored to cancel out Robbie Keane's opener, whilst both players and Emmanuel Eboue also hit the woodwork. However, whilst dismissing Wenger's claims, Jol told the Frenchman that his team should examine their own shortcomings in front of goal in order to explain their failure to secure a win. "If you convert all your chances every match we could have beaten Bolton by eight goals," Jol told Sky Sports. "I'm kidding, but of course if you have five chances and can convert all these then it will be five - but then it would probably be 5-3 or 5-4 because we had one or two good opportunities in the first half as well. "I thought we played excellent in the first half, but the second half we looked flat and tired, maybe from last week when we had three or four games in ten days, and we were pretty lucky to get a draw today. "When it is 2-1 you never give up hope, but they had some opportunities, one on the post and one header from Adebayor, and in the last five minutes they could have made it 3-1 but they didn't.
