新闻来源 - BBC Lennon signs long-term Spurs deal Tottenham's England winger Aaron Lennon has signed a new five-and-a-half year contract, which keeps him at White Hart Lane until 2012. Since joining from Leeds in July 2005, the 19-year-old has made 48 appearances and scored four goals, as well as earning seven England caps. "He is a great talent now and there is so much more still to come," manager Martin Jol told the club website. "He is a prime example of the exciting talent we are attracting to the club." Jol added: "Aaron has taken his chances and made himself into a regular first-team player in a short space of time and we often forget how young he still is." The player was clearly happy to tie-up his long-term future. "I'm feeling really settled here at the club and I'm thoroughly enjoying my football," said Lennon.
