新闻来源 - Sky Sports Jol seeks better away form Tottenham boss Martin Jol has urged his side to start winning their Premiership away games. Spurs have lost just one of their last 14 games in all competitions and have managed to win three out of three on the continent in the Uefa Cup, but they travel to Arsenal this Saturday without a league win on the road this term. "Overall in all competitions we have done very well but we need wins away from home and that is a fact," admitted Jol. "We haven't yet and we need to start winning on our travels but it is not easy. "We are not playing the way we would like to yet." As well as qualifying for the knockout stages of the Uefa Cup, Tottenham have also made it through to the quarter-finals of the Carling Cup, but Jol accepts that competing on three fronts has been difficult. Jol has had to rotate his squad to cope with Tottenham's gruelling schedule, and believes the changes have not helped his team's fluency. "You can't expect us to play immaculate football if we have to make changes in a particular area," he said "We have to work on our midfield play, we have to work on our passing to the forward players, which is sometimes good and sometimes sloppy." Jol also pinpointed the 3-1 defeat to Reading earlier this month as the most disappointing result of Tottenham's season so far. "Results-wise we must be happy," he acknowledged. "If you play 14 games and win 10 with three draws you should be pleased, but it was that match against Reading which did us no favours.
