新闻来源 - Sky Sports Jol stresses strike options Martin Jol dismissed suggestions that Jermain Defoe and Dimitar Berbatov are now his first choice strike partnership, after both players impressed in his team's 3-1 win over Wigan. Jol omitted Robbie Keane from his starting line up, and Defoe and Berbatov excelled in tandem, but Jol denied that he has settled on a first choice strike-force. The Dutchman is adamant that Keane, who featured as a second half substitute, remains in the equation. "They [Defoe and Berbatov] did well but we don't have a best partnership. We saw Robbie Keane against Leverkusen and Besiktas and against Chelsea in our best match of the season," Jol told Sky Sports. Jol paid tribute to a terrific performance after his Tottenham side came from a goal down to defeat The Latics. The victory was particularly pleasing for Jol after it came on the back of their Uefa Cup victory at Bayer Leverkusen. "It's always nice to have a win after a Thursday game - I thought we were terrific," he added. A second half flashpoint saw Emile Heskey booked for a challenge on Michael Dawson, but Jol believed Heskey was fortunate to stay on the pitch after he appeared to lead with an elbow - a similar offence to the one that saw Hossam Ghaly dismissed at Blackburn last week. "I think so," added Jol. "You saw my player last week get a three-game suspension and if you saw this...
