新闻来源 - BBC Birmingham to sign Spurs' Kelly Birmingham City have agreed a fee with Tottenham Hotspur for their defender Stephen Kelly. Personal terms have yet to be agreed with talks between Blues chief Karren Brady and Kelly's agent set to take place over the next 48 hours. The 22-year-old Republic of Ireland star graduated through Spurs' Academy system and had loan spells at Southend, QPR and Watford. His Premiership debut came in 2003 and he made 43 appearances. Spurs have also agreed to sell Mounir El Hamdaoui to Dutch team Willem II.
