Mido lined up by Blackburn Rovers Blackburn Rovers Football Club are set to make a move for Mido. The Egyptian international has returned to Italy with Roma after eighteen months on loan with Tottenham Hotspur, as the White Hart Lane club decided against making the transfer permanent. This came as a shock to many as the 23-year-old hugely impressed during his time in England, and now Rovers are hoping to persuade the player to return to The Premiership. "Mido is on a list of names that has been discussed," chairman John Williams told the Lancashire Evening Telegraph.
