The Finnish midfielder picked up the problem during Spurs' 1-1 draw with Arsenal on Saturday, and there were fears that he could have broken bones. That could have sidelined him for the rest of the season, but scans have revealed no serious damage. The 26-year-old will now return to training on Wednesday, and will be available for the games against Bolton and West Ham. "After the game we were a bit worried about Teemu but it's very good news," said Tottenham boss Martin Jol. "He's fine and will train tomorrow."
