新闻来源 - Sky Sports Jol waits on Mido fitness Tottenham Hotspur boss Martin Jol has voiced his hope that Mido will be fit to face Arsenal on Saturday, whilst dismissing reports that the Egyptian hit-man stormed out of White Hart Lane after being ruled out of the 2-1 defeat to Manchester United. The on-loan Roma man was unable to face Sir Alex Ferguson's side due to a groin problem and left Jermain Defoe and Robbie Keane leading the line as Spurs were dealt a blow in their UEFA Champions League hopes. Their sternest test comes when North London rivals Arsenal welcome them to Highbury on Saturday, live on Sky Sports 1, and Mido may again be unable to take the field as he continues to battle the problem. Whilst revealing that his favoured forward was likely to return to training in two days, leaving him with a fitness race ahead of the crunch clash, Jol denied that Mido was unhappy with the decision to leave him out against United. "Mido came in for an early fitness test but it was just too painful for him," Jol told the club's official website. "We all agreed he was not fit to play, we also thought he might have a bit of an infection so it was sensible that he returned home. "He desperately wanted to play. All season he has been training hard and I know he wants to help us get results in the last few matches.
