Latics seal Ziegler swoop Wigan have signed Tottenham winger Reto Ziegler on loan for the rest of the season. Paul Jewell has swooped for the Swiss international who is eligible to feature in The Latics' Carling Cup semi-final, second leg clash with Arsenal at Highbury. The 20-year-old left-sided player had been on loan at Bundesliga outfit Hamburg earlier this season and made eight appearances for the Germans.
