标题[闲聊] Charlotte Hornets release more scouts
时间Sat May 23 01:01:29 2015
大意: 高层开始替换球探了, 与部份合约内球探解约!
可能MJ对於目前结果不甚满意?
Cho还有机会多招入自己的球探人马~
但对於Lance之前签约的声音不一致的现象~
老乔想要统整一下内部人事.....
Cho & Clifford皮要绷紧一点了...
米国球迷希望如果Clifford认同自己是永久计画的一部分的话,
请他真的要努力培养这些未来的接班球员...

The Charlotte Hornets have made moves this offseason to condense and revamp
their front office, and At The Hive has learned they recently let go of scout
Anthony Gacona, according to a source.
Grantland's Zach Lowe was the first to make mention of the this in a recent
column, where he informed readers that Charlotte has released three scouts.
However, At the Hive can only confirm one of the three that have been removed
at this time.
This news might not be a big deal, but it's definitely a sign that
Charlotte's removal of Scott Howard earlier in the offseason was more than
just a minor move. There appears to be some major re-arranging taking place
up top within the Hornets organization, and we still aren't clear what
exactly the reasoning is. Lowe mentions in his column that these are veteran
scouts, just like Howard, and it could perhaps be a clash of ideals.
The Hornets front office has gone through a lot of changes over the last
couple years, with Cho taking greater control of the franchise, and the
removal of Rod Higgins. Perhaps these are scouts that were left over from the
previous regime, and the team decided that it was best to move on from them
to make sure everybody is on the same page. After all, it was reported that
not everybody in the front office agreed on signing Lance Stephenson, and
this could very well be the team trying to make sure splits like that don't
happen again.
What we hope is that this isn't the team overreacting to their poor season
and trying to make changes as a result. Getting everybody in the front office
to be working towards the same ideal team is fine, but removing scouts just
cause they happened to get it wrong would be the sign of a very unhealthy
front office. At the moment, there's no evidence to tell us this is the case,
but there is nothing out there to quell that fear either.
One thing is for sure, the Hornets front office will be something to keep our
eyes on throughout the offseason.
