It's somewhat surprising that Charlotte continues to add salary but Radman is a decent combo forward. Not real tough inside or quick enough to guard the perimeter but he's a dead-eye shooter who runs the floor and rebounds. He's overpaid but who isn't in today's NBA? I think he solidifies the 'Cats bench. I'm a Wizards fan so I still have somewhat of a bad taste in my mouth for MJ as a GM but I have to say that he's made this team bigger and more versatile with the moves he's made recently. The contracts aren't great but I think Charlotte has to do everything they can to make the playoffs this year in order to finally establish some semblance of credibility. The Hawks did that last year and look at how they've been able to build on that this year.
