just apply to the department and/or graduate school
need stuffs like transcript, reference letters, research proposal,
english test results, etc.
different departments in different universities have different policies.
u shall check out the dept. website for the requirements and procedures.
for BA, i think cuhk and hkust are the best among all universities in hk.
there are two different master degrees in hk.
1. Master of Philosophy (M.Phil) is research based, mainly two years duration,
and you will get full financial support (studentship) for MPhil study, it's
able to cover all the expenses including ~42,000HKD/year tuition fee,
~2,000HKD/month hostel fee, etc.
2. Master of arts/science (M.A. or M.Sc.), usually one year, it's course-based,
no need to conduct research work, the tuition is much higher,
abt 60,000-80,000 HKD, depends on programme. no financial aid to my knowledge.
