40欧倒是没有白花
现在的MVV是半年内有效没错，
但是只能在效期内居留90天。
超过90天而居留证还在申请中或遗失的话，
没有return visa还是会和以前一样被卡在荷兰出不去。

You will have 6 months to collect the MVV. Once the MVV has been
attached to your passport, you will have 6 months to travel to the
Netherlands and to apply for a residence permit. Please pay
attention to the validity of your passport and your MVV.
In this period of 6 months (180 days) you are allowed to stay for
90 days in one of the Schengen countries. You also can use the MVV
to travel first to another Schengen country before entering The
Netherlands.
至於说遗失要不要办，我觉得就法律上来说，不办是可以站得住脚，
但是在海关会碰到什麽麻烦事真的没人会知道。
最惨的是航空公司根本不让你离开荷兰，飞机就飞走了
如果是我的话也会去办，当作买保险XD
