嗯...想请问一下,
我从荷兰寄一张生日卡片回台湾是直接贴一张89 cents的邮票丢进邮筒就ok吗?
因为上次去邮局问, 无论我怎麽说明描述
柜台伯伯一直说
"postcards outside Europe: 89cents"
我内心o.s.
"大哥, 这我知道呀, 但我要寄的不是postcard呀..." =.=|||b
